Ordered 2 Valentine's bouquets the previous day since M&S guaranteed next-day delivery (I.e. In the 14th Feb). What they omitted to highlight was that delivery would take place anytimebwtween 7am and 7pm. All they advertise is "Next day delivery" and in time for Valentine's. Since these were ordered to surprise someone at work, and since the person is being taken for dinner at 6pm, am panicking now that they'll only see their flowers a day after Valentine's. RUBBISH SERVICE M&S. DONT RECOMMEND AND CERTAINLY WONT USE THEM AGAIN.
