Received the Hydrangea arrangement on Mon 19th December in a burst box dumped on my doorstep even though I was in house .
Everything looked half dead but I hoped after being cut and treated they would improve. Not a bit! They were in bin by Wed 21st Dec.
My sister had exact same experience with hers as the sender sent to both of us.This is the second time this has happened to me with M&S flowers. I feel they bank on the fact that the recipient does not want to complain as they don't want to upset the sender. Disgraceful!!
