My daughter sent me a plant basket for Mother's Day, ordering online from USA. Arrived yesterday but plants had come out of basket into delivery box. Phoned customer service on 0845 number but gave up after hanging on for 20 minutes. Sent email but have heard nothing. I did attempt to rescue display by replanting only to find that one of the plants was actually missing altogether which had probably contributed to plants becoming dislodged in the first place. My daughter thought M&S were the best but has been proved wrong.
