TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered and paid for a mothers day bouquet a week in advance, the money left my bank account. The flowers didn't arrive on the pre-booked day. I phoned them twice and had to wait 25 minutes for my call to be answered. They said they would ring me back if there was a problem. Obviously there was a problem but they didn't bother to let me know. They use YODEL as couriers. I'm still on the phone waiting for them to answer!!!
