My friend ordered flowers from M&S for her Son in Laws Parents celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. As a valued M&S cardholder she had no reason not to trust them to deliver on time. However on the day they were due to be delivered she received a phone call from M&S saying they couldn't be delivered for a further two days!! She stated that was unacceptable and cancelled the order, and then had to pay more a substantial amount more money to have same day delivery from elsewhere.
Disgusting treatment M&S , seems this is an ongoing problem, perhaps they need to re think their suppliers??
So, what will M&S do when my friend writes a letter asking for compensation, we wait to see???
