“60th birthday ruined with dead flowers”

i ordered 2 boquets of flowers from m&s edinburgh store on the 28th jan 2014 both to be delivered to the same address on the same day 31st jan for my sisters 60th birthday when the first box arrived i was there when my sister recieved them they were supposed to be tulips of several coulors well there were two colours and they were very withered and all brown of course i was so affronted it spoiled the whole surprise and a moment that could not be relaced the second box arrived at the door with no one in attendance and they were also witheered and the wrong colour i imediatly complained and i was told that my order would be replaced the next day with a very large apoligy this however does not take away the image of my sister opening her box of dead flowers twice and the flowers delivered the next day were frozen i will never order flowers from m&s again and will ensure none of my family and friends do either
