Ordered flowers as a birthday surprise gift. All went well with the order until the delivery tracking went haywire. The bouquet was received by the delivery company as expected but the delivery did not occur as expected. I kept receiving updates extending the delivery time. (I had requested a specific day for delivery and was informed by M&S that they would deliver on this day.) The flowers did not arrive on the requested day but were discovered on the front lawn at approx. 7.30a.m. the next morning! The box containing the flowers was sodden. No note was put through the door and the doorbell was not rung.
The bouquet itself did not look nearly as nice as on the M&S website and the roses turned brown within 2 days. I did receive a refund from M&S but they really let me down and I will never use them again. My advice - don't bother!
