Ordered flowers online to be delivered Saturday (today) to an ill friend.
At nearly 5pm on Saturday I was rung to be told they had been delivered to the wrong address and that I had put the wrong post code in (I hadn't but they had picked up my billing address). Told me it had gone to one place, then another, then another! I asked why they hadn't rung me to query the address and they said they didn't know. Offered a £5 refund to deliver two days later....what an insult. I cancelled the order and will use a proper company next time, what a shambles.
