Placed order, got confirmation. No delivery. Phone call from customer services to apologise. Immediate refund and bouquet re-ordered for no cost to me. Happy days....or so I think.
Expected contact from recipient on delivery day, nothing, so tracked online. Flowers damaged again by courier and not delivered. But no contact from M&S this time so what would have happened if I hadn't checked? Order placed for the third time.
No contact from recipient or M&S. Checked online again, flowers damaged again by couriers so no delivery. This time M&S customer services explained they are having major problems with their couriers so suggested it might be better to cancel the order and instead of a free bouquet worth £50 I am offered a £10 credit as a goodwill gesture instead. So over a week after the first order was placed I am back to square one.
Then I get an email inviting me to review the product. My review was balanced and truthful stating I had ordered the same bouquet previously and it was beautiful but this time three orders all failed down to the couriers but customer services had been polite. Then the review gets rejected!! So now I'm so angry I'm telling as many people as possible. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM M&S.
