Ordered flowers early in the week on the 4th March and selected delivery date for Sunday 10th. Received an email on Saturday 9th March telling me my order had been dispatched and I was therefore fairly optimistic all was going to plan.
Unfortunately, no flowers arrived on Sunday.
I phoned M&S this morning to be told their courier didn't receive the order. I was told they could re-order today for delivery in two days time at the earliest. I was not offered a discount, however I made sure I requested one. It transpired the bouquet I wanted was now out of stock, and I decided to cancel the whole thing and find another supplier.
I would rather pay more and ensure the flowers are delivered than get a discount with M&S and spend two days wondering if anyone there knows what they are doing.
