Ordered flowers (£35) to be delivered on 9 March Saturday anytime from 7am to 9pm. Called today to say they have not arrived. M&S say they should come today, but they have not arrived. They were dispatched on 8th Dec so this means if they do turn up they will already be 2 days old. M&S said someone changed the date but no explaination why and if not delivered by 3pm they would refund, but as it is Mother's Day and mum is away in a hotel, she will check out before they are delivered and like most people flowers are ordered for special occasions, I think the service is terrible. there should a limit to dispatch time to delivery date and better delivery slot/times for arriving in good condition, which there isn't.
There is no way to check online about where the flowers are in transit on the order information, other than the date they were dispatched. Called M&S today who say they are still with the courier and will try for them to delivered early.
I have used them once before without any problems, but reading these reviews makes me think they are having courier problems..
I won't be using them again and will be making a compliant to M&S customer services department.
