“Terrible delivery service”

My sister sent me flowers on 22nd of Dec the delivery person left them at my door It was pouring with rain .they had been left for a good 1half hours before one of my neighbours seen them and brought them in , the box was a total mess plus flowers had a good soaking and most of the flowers I had to put in the bin..Also how's that a great invitation for anyone on the passing to know I wasn't in not good at all ...Marks in general are very good but please do something about this as your delivery service with this company is utter mince ...
