“Appalling service”

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a member of our staff on her 30th birthday. Told on the afternoon of the day they should have been delivered that there is a mix up and cannot deliver - offered a feeble apology. I have made a complaint by email which has been ignored.
Will never use them again.
