I ordered a bouget for a colleague to be delivered to her home on leaving hospital. I assumed they had arrived as the tracking showed delivery. However on speaking to the colleague a few days later I found out that no flowers had been delivered. I emailed M & S to query this an received a bog stanard email reply advising a refund was being arranged. No apology, no offer to put things right and deliver the flowersa albeit late. Just we will refund your card. I emailed them again to say that their response to my original query was appalling but never received a reply.
The scary thing here is that tracking showed the bouquet as being delivered, had I not spoken to the colleague and specifically asked if she liked the flowers I would never have known they had not arrived and M & S would still have my money!!
