I ordered flowers almost a week in advance of Mothering Sunday. I chose the Sunday delivery date, and was sent an email on Friday evening to say they had been dispatched. Therefore, I had no reason to worry about them not being delivered on time. However, they did not arrive until today - too late to be a nice Mother's Day surprise. My mum therefore got no present. Had I at least received an email saying there was a problem with delivery I could have arranged another gift to be sent. I tried to phone Customer Services last night, but was kept on hold for 20minutes before I gave up - I live overseas and was not keen to run up a huge phone bill after already being ripped off by M&S for their over-priced absent flowers! Totally shocking service from such an apparently good quality company. I emailed them, but have received no reply. I wish I had seen this review site before buying flowers from them. As has been noted by other customers on this site, M&S only seem to allow positive reviews on their own website. I will be advising everyone I know against buying M&S products.
