Flowers were left outside in very high winds, on opening they were bashed and had missing petals. none of the colours matched the website and some flowers were blatantly missing.

when i tried to review this bouquet on m&s own website they rejected my review out of hand because it was negative, and said I had not complied with their terms and conditions. I checked I met all criteria prior to submitting the review. appalling service.

i had sinilar review rejected when they sent the wrong item and omitted to refubd p&p until i called them - they obviously dont want any tarnishing of their name!
