Ordered a dozen roses which didn't arrive on the nominated day. Very disappointing. To be fair to the gentleman in customer service he was very apologetic and gave a full refund plus £10 credit. I would have preferred the flowers delivered as promised. Wont be using M&S for flower delivery again.
