My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on my 30th birthday. They did not arrive. The tracking system said out for delivery all day and they did not arrive. The following day he called M&S to say they hadn't arrived but they do not control the delivery system so were a bit clueless as to where they were. It turned out that the delivery company had marked the box as damaged at 9pm!!! on the day they were supposed to be delivered. M&S offered to re-send out the flowers but that would take another 2 days, days after my birthday. They were so unhelpful over the phone and didn't offer any apologies. They have refunded the money but I would much rather have had the flowers delivered on the day. I will certainly never order from them again and will think twice about shopping in their stores in the future.
