JUST CONTACTED WATCHDOG (BBC) and reported Lillian Rose Flowers. This company shouldn't be in business.
Anyone else interested in joining me !!
I ordered some flowers on 19th March for delivery on Sunday 26th March.
My mother came home from work, Saturday 25th March, to find a note through the letter box saying the flowers were left over the back gate. Unfortunately the flowers were nowhere to be seen.
I cannot understand why they were apparently delivered on Saturday 25th when their website allowed me to select Sunday 26th?? (when someone would have been in to take delivery)
I made three attempts to contact them on 27th (2 of which were email) but unfortunately I never had any response.
Further calls and emails up until 1st, no replies.
8 calls were made on Saturday 1st April, the first time someone answered but when I demanded my money back the call 'ended' - tried calling back only to hear automated message about being closed.
website says 'hardly any complaints' - take a look at trustpilot, they are never ending same situations.
Get in touch with WATCHDOG - Let's shame this company

Totally agree and think this company should be closed down. Personal experience of the ordering and after care service has proven so frustrating. They cannot get a date, time, place or message right, and then lay the blame at the florists door. Acknowledge they made the errors, promise a refund but have no intention of giving one...and just hope you will go away. They should be stopped.
