Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary at 730 in the morning,made contact with company 2-3 times during the day asking why flowers have not been received,no help whatsoever just told me they will be there by 5...guess what stil no flowers at 5! The site claims if you order by 3 the same day you will have your flowers by 5 yet can't work a timeslot from 730 to 5!..no flowers for my wife's anniversary.. Thanks. Will be seeking a full refund.

Had the exact same isssue yday! My order was not 'printed' ! They had one job to do and that's to deliver flowers and they cannot even do that! Absolutely appalling!
