i ordered two bouquets for a funeral in May paid postage etc also one bouquet never turned up and when I chased it they apologised and said did I want it delivered the next day I asked for e refund and it was agreed looking through my bank statements no refund was ever given so I rung again and was told to email tried both email addresses and received post master delivery notifications to say it couldn't be delivered so I rung their complaints line wax on hold for 15 min at position one in the que to be cut off at 15 min so rung again and same thing happened I would suggest not using this firm awful customer service paid and only received one bouquet on a sad day enough to deal with no refund and not looking like I can contact anyone to complain and get refunded do not use this florist

contact consumer protection and trading standards or write a letter to Lilian FRose rerquesting reti
urn of your money within 14 days, If they failto respond, write again giving them a further 10 days to pay up and send the letter recorded delivery so the firm cannot say they never r4eceived it. Id this fails,take out a county court summons. It will cost yiu £80 but this will be added to the sum owed you.Keep a record of allexpnses you have incurred and you should also be reimbursed, The dfirm will not want to travel long distances to appear so you will get judgement against them and they will have to pay otherwise Bailiffs can seize their goods.Alternatively, if you paid by credit card you can launch a disputed payment and your card provider can claw the money back from the firm, but you must have documents etc to prove your dispute, Time for this firm to be goven a good rollicking. It is obvious they have been getting away with dodgy practices far too long
