This company's way of telling me that my same day flowers hadn't been delivered? A rather unprofessional text message at 10pm that day offering an upgrade.

The excuse for this was that the florist didn't have the flowers available. I ordered at 11am- I should've been told this then.

When calling Lillian Rose to sort this out there was a voicemail greeting to which I didn't leave a message. I was sent another text after my attempted call telling me to call a colleague as she was in a conference!

I am appalled at this lack of customer service and will be asking for a refund.

Unfortunately I have to explain this to my friend and suffer the embarrassment for my friend who never got her birthday flowers.

I should've looked on Google review first and would never have trusted this company.
