I ordered flowers for same day delivery, and was advised late in the day over text message that due to Easter deliveries the order could not be completed that day, and that the flowers would be delivered the following day. This was over a week after the Easter period. The flowers then never showed up. I called once I realised this (ruining the surprise by having to speak to the recipient. Customer service was appallingly slow, and I was advised the delivery was confirmed. A full week later, head office issued a refund as they could not find a record of signed delivery. No additional compensation or solution was offered. Do not use this service.
