I ordered online and was then called to be told they would not deliver. When I checked my credit card 2 days later they had still charged me. I called for an explanation as to why and was told if I wanted a refund I would have to email the manager to ask for one. I should never have been charged if they had no intention of fulfilling my order. It's a good job I checked my credit card account or I may have missed this unauthorized transaction. Why is it my responsibility to chase a refund when payment was not legitimately taken. Very very poor service made worse by a lack of interest in staff rectifying or even taking responsibility for their mistakes.
