I've ordered some flowers for my friend to be delivered on a particular day because she had a baby and they have never done it. Didn't contact me to say that they can't do it either, didn't reply to my emails. I've asked to cancel the order and give me a refund but once again they've just ignored me and delivered flowers 3 DAYS LATER. I've never had such a bad service. It looks like they have got terrible reviews but I just wish I found out this earlier.
