Unfortunately I failed to read the reviews before I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday last week - my friend works at Addenbrookes Hospital and I arranged to have the flowers delivered to reception but Lilian Rose said they were unable to deliver them and are now refusing to give me a refund and basically couldn't care less!
I have been promised a call back from 'The Manager' three times but guess what no calls!

Go to there facebook page and write your review on there, they will delete it and block you but I have asked 250 of my FB friends to comment randomly on their page to keep them busy. Hopefully the message will be seen before any others have to go through this. I have been treated exactly the same was as you - absolutely shocking
