We ordered an EXTRA large bunch I spoke to a lady to place the order and explained how I wanted it HUGE. Also a teddy and ballon. The teddy didn't turn up and the bunch that turned up was not the colouring I ordered nor the size. In fact it was as small as the small bunch a friend sent her.

I explained they must have made a mix up and sent photos of what they sent and having gone back and forth the customer service lady says she things it was a medium bunch received. I'm. At a point where I just want something back now. To be honest I want the FULL amount back as it paid got the amusing of receiving a huge bunch. I could have sent a small bunch from tesco.

6 weeks on still no refund. Disgusting terrible service. Shocked. On minimum wage I irdered this to really cheer someone up going through a terrible time on their birthday.

I'm wondering if it was deliberate?? The reviews are so bad. I've called trading standards who are looking I to this case.

I am having the same problem!! They said did I want a partial refund. At first I said yes but I didn't hear back from them. Send a few more emails & I had a reply saying they have sent an email to the florist to look into it. It's disgusting!!!

In the end I got a partial refund. However I dontbghibk that was acceptable. If Id wanted to send a small bunch I would have! I wanted to send a huge bunch!

I'm having problems too but you may have some redress. Contact cambridge advice consumer helpline - they are fantastic! If you paid by debit card you can pursue a refund with the help of your bank through the 'chargeback scheme'. Just takes a call to the bank to get the ball rolling. Google 'chargeback scheme' or go to money saving expert for more info and advice. You have 120 days from the date of purchase or expected delivery date. There's a different section for payment by credit cards on money saving expert. You don't have to let them get away with it. Good luck. Talk to the people who can help you resolve this appalling situation.
