Slightly annoyed with my partner for not checking the reviews but anyhow...delivered to our neighbours and lillian rose then said we had to go and ask the neighbours what condition the flowers were in before they could procede further. Absolutely shocking customer service. It's YOUR mistake not ours. I want a full refund and will fight tooth and nail to get it back. You're messing with the wrong people Lillian Rose. You are a terrible florist. I hope people see these reviews and avoid you and that you go out of buisness. I am absolutely fuming. Never has a company angered me as much as you incompetent people have. We have paid for a service that we didn't get and for that we deserve our money back. Watchdog will be onto you, mark my words.
