Ordered flowers as a Christmas gift, paid to have them delivered on Christmas Eve. They did not arrive, and, despite assurances that by way of compensation a 'better bouquet with chocolates' would be sent to the recipient at her workplace by 5pm today. They still did not arrive.
When telephoned they admitted they had not amended the address despite having already confirmed by text that they had the correct address.
We hoped the flowers might have been left with a neighbour or at least a card in the letterbox , nothing.
Still no flowers - a full refund has been demanded.
If it is not forthcoming then we will be going to Trading Standards & BBC's Watchdog / Rogue Traders.
Having now read the reviews, I'm not overly optimistic about a successful outcome.
It is now January 13th and still no flowers/chocolates/refund. This may mean we will have no choice but to go to their shop and seek a refund in person as texts & telephone calls are not working.
