This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I ordered flowers for my husband and the local florist they made arrangements with was unable to deliver them that day and neither company contacted me to tell me they were unable to be delivered. After not receiving the flowers for 2 days I called customer service to find out where they were and they told me they had been trying to contact my husband to arrange a delivery, which was untrue because he never received any calls. I made arrangements with them to contact my husband by phone for redelivery and he still never received any calls. The local florist then contacted my husband 5 days later to say they were cancelling the order because they had been trying to deliver them without any success. After speaking with the local florist about why they had never called my husband to schedule a delivery after being instructed to do so they informed me that justflowers had never given them any messages about contacting the recipient first. After the local florist and I agreed cancelling the order was for the best, justflowers refused to cancel the order and refund me my money or give me anything for the inconvenience of having to contact them several times per day to get this issue resolved. After 8 days with no flowers and refusing to give me my money back, I received a call around noon that they were going to contact my husband and have the florist redeliver that evening between 4 and 5PM. Around 5:30PM that same day I received another call from one of the associates saying that they couldn't deliver today because it was passed the delivery time for all the local shops and they were unable to contact my husband, again another LIE as they never even called him! Still no flowers and no refund. This company's customer service and just all around business practices is awful, unaccommodating, and downright garbage. This is unacceptable for a business!!! For the past 8 days I have failed to receive any flowers or refunds and all they have done is tell me lies about attempting to contact the recipient or give the local florists any of the delivery instructions. I gave them several instructions on how to get the flowers to the recipient and then would receive a call later on to notify me they couldn't deliver and asking for another way to deliver the flowers. I repeatedly would have to tell them I've already given you instructions and then they would scroll up and say they saw the note, but then would failed to follow the instruction from their own notes. Mind you, I only dealt with the same 2 associates, and 1 manager, Jill. Stay away from this company... it has been nothing but a headache! Take your business elsewhere!!!!!
