I ordered a corsage and it was not delivered on the date i had paid for. They talked me into waiting one more day, and said they will have it to me by 3 pm. Was not delivered by 3 pm. I had to go to local florist and get a corsage expressed. They did not offer to refund my money. horrible horrible customer service. There is NO refund no matter if you get item or not. They will continue to tell you it is "en route" OR "already sent to florist" so that you cant get a refund....total BS!!!
