Though their customer service person was very professional, the plant was not delivered in the 4 hour time frame which I paid extra for! Realizing that they had not been delivered, I called them and they refunded the "express delivery" charge.

Hours later when I recognized that it STILL had not been delivered, I was informed that they "MAY be able to get them delivered the next day!"

VERY disappointed.
