Horrible Experience - Never use this company

I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day for the first time through JustFlowers because I thought it would be nice to actually be able to see what I ordered and I had it sent with the guaranteed before 12 delivery. My mom sent me a message late the day they were supposed to arrive with a thanks for the flowers and a picture attached. First of all, it was completely different than what I had ordered and secondly it didn't arrive until almost 5 Pm so my father had to wait at the house all day for them to show up. I emailed to express my displeasure and they said they would contact the florist to discuss after I sent them a picture of what was received. After several calls, disconnections after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and them suggesting that my mother drive to the florist to get a new correct order, I finally had them agree to pickup the incorrect order and supply a new one. The florist they used were very rude to my mother and tried to argue with her that nothing was wrong with it, a still didn't provide the correct order even the second time around. Maybe not all Justflowers fault on this one but if they can't use vendors that will provide the expected service they don't need to be in business. I will never again and wound never suggest anyone use this service unless they don't care what gets delivered or expect good service.
