Flowers arrived two days late. No apology note. Horrible customer service. Wrong arrangement.


I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day and the website stated the delivery date would be 5/10/14. The flowers did not arrive on 5/10 nor 5/11. When I called to inquire as to the status of the order, he stated that he could not provide me with that information as his "system" was down. He stated he would call me back. When I asked what time customer service closed, he said he would call be back in 5-10 minutes. I never received a call. I called over an hour later and spoke to a girl who stated that she was in ordering and stated, "I cannot help you." I asked to speak to a manager, and told that was not possible as he/she was on the phone. I asked to leave a phone number for the manager to call me back and was informed that many other people wanted to speak to a manager. I asked for solutions and was told that there were none. I was told to wait for him to call me back and when I said that I had already waited over an hour (I timed it on my stopwatch), she mentioned that he was likely trying to call me now, but could not get through as I was talking to her on the phone. I let her know that I had call waiting and this was not an issue. I then e-mailed the site which replied that the flower delivery was delayed and an apology note would be sent.

The flower arrangement arrived today without a note and the arrangement was completely different than what I had ordered. The delivery person told the recipient that his company did not work yesterday as to spend time with their mothers. To me this statement indicates that just flowers.com was aware that the local delivery person would not be working on Mother's Day and just flowers.com should have never had provided a delivery date of 5/10/14.
