I placed my order with this company because they offered Sunday delivery. I was told my order would be delivered by 5 p.m., and was offered the option to request early delivery which I did. I ordered a balloon bouquet to be delivered to our local children's hospital. It was never delivered, and later that evening the recipient was discharged and went home to a different town than the hospital was located in. I called JustFlowers the next day and asked for a refund since they were never delivered. I was transferred to a very rude and combative manager who would not give me a refund and did not offer to have them delivered to another address. When I got off the phone I filed a complaint with the BBB (by the way, they have had 284 complaints for similar issues since March 10, 2013), and also my State Attorney General Office. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from JustFlowers offering me a coupon on future orders and asking to deliver it to another address. I refused and told them I wanted a full refund and nothing less. The person I spoke with told me he didn't have the authority to do that, but amazingly, when I told him I had already filed complaints, he suddenly did have the authority to give me a full refund. Shortly thereafter I got an email stating that I would get a refund. We shall see if this really happens. It has been a miserable experience, and a 3 year old little girl was very sad that her balloons never showed up. I will never do business with this company again. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
