I ordered flowers on Friday morning, 9:30 for birthday. Approx. $70.00. Got a call that nite at 6:00 saying sorry unable to deliver will deliver Saturday with apology. Got a call Saturday nite, they hung up. I called them back, stayed on hold 5 minutes (long distance) before hanging up! They called this morning apologizing yet again! I asked for refund and they wanted to put my money on hold for next order! Seriously??? I talked to manager and will get my refund in about 3 working days! Will never use this company again!
