“Wrong flowers delivered on Mothers day”

Ordered Flowers for Mothers day 3 weeks early. They were delivered on the right day but the bunch of flowers was tiny and brown around the edges. Comparing what was in the bunch to what should have been there was about 1/4 to 1/3 of the amount of flowers there should have been and some weren't there at all i.e. 7 roses instead of 24, no fresias etc. What arrived was an embarrassment.

Have contacted them since but not had a response at all. Thouroughly disappointed as i now doubt that any of my previous orders from them have resulted in them delivering what i'd ordered.

They aren't cheap, and i was ordering based upon reputation and the pictures on the site. Wouldn't order flowers from them again, they looked like something the delivery driver picked up from a petrol station.
