"Caution! I strongly advise against using this seller. During Chinese New Year, my partner went back to Wuhan to visit her mother, leaving Hong Kong. As she was away on February 14, I decided to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers using internetflorist.biz. Wanting to avoid the traditional choice of roses, I opted for eighteen carnations with baby's breath, leafy greens, a silk bow, and a message card, which was advertised as a 'Deluxe' set. I made the purchase two weeks in advance for $70 US. However, the delivery did not meet our expectations. The flowers that arrived were just carnations with no baby's breath, leafy greens, bow, or card. Furthermore, three of the carnations were broken, and six were already darkening around the edges. My partner was disappointed, especially when she discovered that the bouquet she received could be obtained for roughly 25 HKD, approximately $3 US, from a local market. It was evident that I had been deceived. I promptly reached out to the company and was informed that they would conduct an investigation. However, it took almost four days, and instead of providing a refund, they simply apologized and offered to send the message I had requested on the card to my partner by text. Their explanation was that the images they use are only a representation, not an exact reflection of the delivered product. The unapologetic manner in which the company handled this situation is unacceptable. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against using their services under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs, as their lack of care and the quality of their products are beyond disappointing."

If only I read reviews before ordering!! DO NOT USE!!! Delivery arrived but nothing like what I ordered from the internet, you raise a complaint and totally ignored! Complete waste of money and I hope others don’t get fooled by this ‘company’, sooner it closes down the better!

I ordered and paid for a gift to be delivered to my friend at an address I know is correct and I double checked it with my friend. This company say there is no such address but kept €20 for ‘their troubles’ even though a €9.90 delivery fee was paid. So no package delivered and I am out of pocket. Do not ever use this company!

I ordered flowers, they weren't delivered. I was told repeatedly I'd given the wrong address which I did not - it's my parents' address so I know it well. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Almost impossible to get hold of them, no replies to emails, barely answer phone. When I did finally get through, the answer to anything I said was 'I will pass it on to my team but a refund is not possible. Wait 48 hours for a response.' I had that conversation THREE times so the 48 hour thing is obviously not working! AWFUL.

I want to leave a comment about the work of the Spanish branch of the company internetflorist.biz. I submitted an application on December 17, 2022 for the delivery of flowers to my wife on December 23, 2022 and paid for the service. On the appointed day, the flowers were not delivered, and no one contacted the wife for clarification and explanation. On December 24, 2022, they called her and specified a convenient time for her to deliver flowers, but again they did not appear. The next day the situation repeated itself and in the end the gift was not healed. To the questions I asked in support on the site, was told that the recipient was not there and after two unsuccessful attempts to deliver the flowers, they were sent to some warehouse from where my wife could pick them up. When asked that the delivery was not made on the declared date, the answer was that the company had fulfilled its obligations and the payment of 70 euros would not be returned.

Order for delivery in Australia, picture on website was a lovely big colourful bunch of approx 24 stems of flowers. What were delivered were 12 stems in 2 shades of pink. I contacted customer service who very quickly showed me the terms and conditions which stated that the florist in the delivery country can send whatever they have and they only had 2 colours. I paid £105 for 12 stems of flowers and it wasn’t even Valentines. Will never ever use them again.

I ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered to Spain. I am in the UK. It was important that the delivery happened on the chosen day as the recipent was going away the day after. I received a'phone call at 7am on my UK landline. Thinking it was a cold call I did not pick up. A short while later I checked and there was a voicemail from a Spanish person that I could not understand. I then looked at my e-mails and there was a request from this company to send them 'an alternate contact number' for the recipient. I had already given them a landline and a mobile as that was all I had. I replied to this effect and they came back to me to say they needed a Spanish 'phone number. Although the recipient lives in Spain she uses UK numbers and her landline is only charged at local Spanish rates and we have always used this before when I have sent flowers to her. They came back to me and said that they had to have a Spanish number in order to deliver the flowers and cake. Bearing in mind that this was supposed to be a surprise, I then had to 'phone the recipient myself to ask if she could give me a Spanish contact number - so the surprise was spoilt.To make matters worse, she then told me that the company had just called her on both her UK landline and mobile anyway so there was actually no need to contact her and spoil the surprise! To make matters worse, the flowers arrived without the cake. Eventually, some hours later, after I had received ANOTHER e-mail from the company saying they couldn't guarantee everything would arrive today (after I had PAID for named-day delivery) the cake showed up but had been crushed in transit. I have never had such bad service before. I would suggest that this company should be avoided.

Worst customer experience ever in my life. I paid about 85 USD to their Flowers4Hamburg website to deliver a bunch of flowers and a cake to be to my daughter for her birthday. The cake was marked as delivered although she never got it and they refused to acknowledge or provide receipt notice and then the flowers were deemed undeliverable by their courier without calling my daughter and they never came back to me how to resolve the matter despite my repeated request. I warn all people not to use them as they are not professional nor customer focused and you will most likely lose your money as i did

I PURCHASED A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS FOR MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY, SHE WAS AT PARIS BY THAT TIME AND THE WEBSITE SAID THE FLOWERS WOULD ARRIVE THE DAY AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS DONE. NOT ONLY THE FLOWERS DIDN'T ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL WHICH WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTING BUT ALSO THE COMPANY DIDN'T MAKE ANY REFUNDS FOR THE MONEY EXPENDED (EUR 45).

Flowers were not delivered!!!!! They were due last Friday, I phoned on Saturday and was told they couldn't tell me if delivered, I call On Monday and was told issue with up dating system, that it would be looked into. I was told by a member of staff they would get it sorted, it was then updated that they had been delivered.... they had not ...... i have chased again and told they would check and come back to me ..... i chased agsin amd have now received an email saying they will refund me in up to 10 days.....Lets see ... all I wanted was the flowers delivered to Belgium

I ordered online after unsuccessfully trying to flowers delivered to my sister in Argentina. The company accepted credit card and said that serviced the little city where the flowers needed to be delivered. The price was high for what we pay in the USA for a similar bouquet, and I had to pay 50% extra as delivery charges. In summary, the flowers did not arrived until a week later, after many emails and efforts on my side to get a refund. When the bouquet arrived, the flowers were delivered by a local florist, which I previously contacted over the phone (but she didn’t take credit cards). Therefore, no shipping was involved! They don’t have pre-contracted services in each country. The quality and size of the bouquet were very poor, given that I the paid for a deluxe arrangement, but my sis only got the cheapest option available. The company never confirmed the delivery. Customer service was poor. The overall experience was frustrating and tainted with deception… do not use this company.

Absolutely appalling service. I was contacted to say the flowers had been delivered and then 10 days they had no explanation except they admitted the delivery had not occurred. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

It's a gotcha. I have bought from Spain, to send a gift to my sister in London. They do not ship and say they have tried but no one was home (being completely false) and they neither repeat the shipment nor return the design. DO NOT BUY
