Flowers were dying when received and some tulips had grown in the vase, clearly not put together freshly that day. When I called the florist who'd delivered them they insisted they were fine when they left the shop and tried to blame my neighbour who had taken them in (and no card had been left to tell me that). My neighbour had them for just 4 hours and is a very careful person. I have sent photos to Interflora to make a complaint, but who knows if my husband will ever get the money back. Try Waitrose or Marks and Spencer delivery - much better. Interflora has been getting poor reviews for years, isn't it time they did something about it?
