Flowers were ordered for my birthday, arrived at 5 o'clock, poor selection of blooms. Delivery girl in filthy track suit bottoms. When I said I was disappointed at late delivery the drives became very abusive. I would never treat my customers like this. The florist and Interflora do not deserve to be in business. Contacted Interflora Customer Services that day, 2 days later no response. Says it all !!
