I ordered a plant for my mum to be delivered on Saturday but it never arrived.
The next day I called " CUSTOMER SERVICES" and asked them to sort it out and deliver my mums present ( after all it was still mothers day so not too late), they said someone would call or email me straight back.
24 hours later ( Monday morning) I finally get a short email to say the plant was TWICE delivered to the wrong address and I have been refunded.
I will never use this expensive, badly organised company again and suggest people use their local florists or M&S Flowers.
