Still cannot order flowers so called the number tonight
Have been in hold from 7.30 until I hung up at 8pm!
Disgusting service and has cost me nearly as much as the flowers I was sending
I would like a call and a full explanation From a supervisor on (number removed) as soon as possible as to why I'm receiving such apauling service

Very disappointing and in my view a compleat scam just to get people to use your site
Why send out special offers then don't slow customers to use them in disgusted by your company's idea of deceiving customers in such a way and will be posing the pictures on face book to warn others
