Wanted flowers to be delivered to my niece in Paris on 4th February. Ordered on 31st January. She never received them. Told Interflora it is now too late for delivery. Still waiting for a refund of my money after 2 phone calls and several e-mails. Service is shockingly bad for a well known Co.
