On Feb 12th I ordered a box of roses for the 13th for my wife, they were not delivered. Called on the 14th, lobotomised call handler read an e-mail stating that it was windy and their courier claimed he could not deliver. There was no wind in Scotland on 13th Feb, nor snow or floods. Still not delivered 4pm on St Valentines a Day

I had also ordered an expensive Bouquet for the 14th for my wife, still not delivered on the 14th.

I logged into my account, to track status, no status available on flowers ordered on the 12th, message to call Customer Care, sat on hold for 30 minutes while a robot insisted I'd be served shortly and they played mournful dirges as backing music.

I will never use their service again!
