I ordered an Xmas present for my mum in Ireland to be deliverd on the 23rd December 2013. Today is the 4th January 2014 and it has still not arrived. No apologies, useless customer service staff, promising everything and delivering nothing, they dont ring you back or follow through with what you say. Your relatives stay in waiting for the phone to ring, excited for the delivery and nothing happens. On the 2nd January, they rang my mum and she has waited and waited again for nothing!! a big fat nothing!! This company needs taking off the market for the disgusting service and heartache it brings to its customers!!
