Ordered a dozen red roses for my wife (anniversary). Got a phone call 30 minutes before they were due to be delivered to say they only had 8 and I was asked if 4 pink or 4 yellow would do to make up the numbers. I complained and was told that my complaint was noted. After 3 weeks there has been no further contact. £50 down the drain.
