Flowers ordered for friends' anniversary didn't arrive on day specified even though the order tracker said they had been delivered (and my friends were in all day!) They are redelivering - big deal - a day late with no offer of a refund for the delivery charge and the woman at Interflora said "we will take your word for it". Thanks - I think. Why would I take the trouble to ring to say flowers hadn't been delivered if they had?
