Hand tied bouquet delivered but no cardboard sleeve as described to support the flowers. Half the water had leaked out on arrival. Flowers had been in a warm van for a few hours on a hot day and were in poor condition. The bouquet was shoddily put together and, in spite of being placed in a cool situation and using the flower food provided, all the flowers were dead within 5 days. The £10 bouquet from Morrisons bought the following day is still very fresh a week later. The bouquet was delivered through Interflora by Newmans Florist in Worcester whose email address doesn't even work. Is this an indication of the type of business it is?
Interflora have not even had the courtesy of replying to a complaint I made on behalf of the person placing the order.
Much better to find a good florist in the area where the flowers are going to be delivered and place an order direct.
