Made an order twice, both which wasn't satisfied.
Was then later lied to by a supervisor who stated the flowers couldn't be delivered as the flowers weren't in stock. I later suggested that alternative flowers could be sent, however this was still wasn't done.
The call center employees were VERY rude and not helpful. I am also still awaiting a refund for the flowers that didn't arrive to my mother on her 70th birthday.
