I ordered flowers for my mum and mother in law around 2 weeks ago.
I called up ordered and paid by phone.
I was happy until 3 days later.
I got a call from ( I am sorry to say it, foreign lady who couldn't speak English) telling me they couldn't deliver my mother in laws flowers in feb as they have no florist in the area.
I told her my order was for march and she replied "oh yes sorry it is march but we do not have a florist in that area".
I said fine, and received a refund for my mother in laws flowers.
Today 9th feb my mum got her Mother's Day flowers, 1 month early!
Last year they delivered a funeral arrangement, I thought it was just a simple mistake......
Beginning to see a pattern!
I rang up and was told they were sorry and that they will refund the delivery charge.....
Aren't they great!
